Since 2014, Pilgrims has been engaged in Indian Mission partnering with ‘Jeevan-Jyothi Mission’ which is dedicated to bringing gospel to North Indian states.  Our mission is mainly in the areas of gospel outreach, church planting, missionary training, community development and humanitarian supports.

In 2015, we were able to open our centre in Katihar, in the state of Bihar which serves as a hub for coordinating mission across Bihar, Orissa and West Bengal extending even to Nepal.  Over the past 8 years we have seen God’s favour in every aspect of the mission and some of the highlights are:

  • Church plants currently in 28 different locations and many more in the incubation stage.

  • Village outreach through gospel meetings, Jesus Film, house-to-house evangelism.

  • Raising local leaders and training them to reach their own people group.

  • Feeding & literacy program among children in depraved areas reaching over 200 children.

  • Empowering women through literacy and life skill training (tailoring/embroidery etc.).

  • Provision of food and essentials to the needy in times of natural disaster.
